Job Description

Coordinate placement activities and recruitment drives for students/candidates.

Identify and connect with potential companies and recruiters for placement opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and corporate clients.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.

Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and companies.

Generate regular placement reports and MIS for management.

Excellent English Communication and interpersonal skills

Solid follow-up and relationship management skills

Good negotiation and convincing abilities

ability to communicate with HRs, recruiters, candidates, and management

Good Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
