Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dedicated Video Editor & Social Media Manager who can edit professional-quality videos using Wondershare Filmora and manage our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The candidate will be responsible for video editing, creating engaging Reels and Shorts, uploading content, writing captions and titles, managing posts, and growing our online audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing Using Filmora
- Edit long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook videos using Wondershare Filmora.
- Add text, transitions, effects, background music, voiceovers, and subtitles.
- Create attractive thumbnails for YouTube videos and Shorts.
- Improve video quality, audio clarity, and overall presentation.
- Create engaging videos according to the content, script, and brand style.
- Export videos in the correct formats and resolutions for different social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.
- Upload videos, Reels, Shorts, images, and other content regularly.
- Write engaging titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and keywords.
- Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Follow social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Monitor views, reach, engagement, subscribers, followers, and watch time.
- Analyze performance and suggest strategies to improve audience growth.
- Follow platform guidelines and copyright rules.
3. YouTube Channel Management
- Upload and optimize long videos and Shorts.
- Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Organize videos into playlists and maintain channel consistency.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and identify opportunities to increase views and subscribers.
- Support channel growth through consistent posting and content optimization.
4. Instagram & Facebook Management
- Create and publish engaging Reels, posts, and Stories.
- Write attractive captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Track audience engagement and content performance.
- Develop ideas to increase followers, reach, shares, and interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Practical experience with Wondershare Filmora.
- Valuable video editing and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to create engaging Reels, Shorts, and thumbnails.
- Basic knowledge of social media SEO, hashtags, and analytics.
- Good writing skills for captions, titles, and descriptions.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing YouTube channels and Facebook/Instagram pages.
- Knowledge of viral content formats and social media trends.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Understanding of audience retention and social media growth strategies.
