Job Title: Backend Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Backend Sales Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination: Provide backend support to the sales team and coordinate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
2. Customer Follow-up: Contact customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for inquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and pending payments.
3. Quotation & Order Management: Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.
4. Data Management: Maintain customer databases, sales reports, order records, and daily follow-up sheets.

Order Processing: Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
6. Customer Service: Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and provide timely updates.
7. Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and the accounts department regarding outstanding payments.
8. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, invoices, and order status.
10. Team Coordination: Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
