JOB ROLE The role involves making outbound calls to company-provided interested leads, explaining the FREE Stock Market Course, following up with leads, and assisting eligible customers with the KYC process.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Explain the FREE Stock Market Course and its benefits.
- Communicate with interested customers professionally.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads.
- Assist eligible customers with Demat/KYC.
- Maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update call and lead status in the company CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
SALARY & INCENTIVESFixed Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on experience, communication skills and performance.
Additional Performance Incentive Up to ₹4,000+ per month
Additional incentives are linked to individual performance and company policies.
- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous stock-market knowledge is mandatory.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Disciplined and professional.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable with regular follow-ups.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to explain basic stock-market concepts to customers.
Training will be provided for company processes, CRM, calling and KYC procedures.
