Etor Ventures are looking for A Senior Digital Marketer

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content, including posts, reels, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Run paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website performance monitoring.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Generate leads and support business development through digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other departments.
- Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates,



and return on investment (ROI).

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or a digital marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or social media marketing are desirable.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Telugu and English may be useful for regional marketing campaigns.

- Preferably 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
- Experience tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
