About the Company: Unilink Engineering Corporation is an Ahmedabad-based renewable energy firm specializing in solar and wind project execution, operations, and real-time data monitoring across India.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility):
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ECE only.
- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided).
- Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Work Schedule & Shift Timings:
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts with rotational week-offs.
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Turbine Monitoring: Track wind power generation, analyze turbine availability, efficiency, and project output in real-time.
- Data Logging: Log daily operational metrics and sync data across company platforms and government utility portals (GETCO / others).
- Shift Operations: Manage 24/7 operational monitoring, track turbine status, and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Basic formulas, data formatting, and data entry).
- Robust attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
