Web Development Team LeadAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Web Development Team Lead to manage our development team, handle multiple website projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, team management skills, and experience communicating directly with international clients, particularly Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of web developers and designers.
- Oversee website projects from client onboarding to final delivery.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate directly with Australian clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and handle feedback.
- Guide the team on WordPress, Shopify, PHP, full-stack development, eCommerce websites, and web applications.
- Manage hosting, domains, website migrations, deployments, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure website quality, responsiveness, security, speed, and functionality.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Content teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project reports, documentation, timelines, and client handovers.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve development efficiency and team productivity.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of web development experience,



including 2+ years in a team leadership role.
- Robust hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and databases.
- Experience in full-stack development, eCommerce, custom web applications, hosting, and deployment.
- Proven experience managing developers, multiple projects, and client deliverables.
- Strong English communication skills and experience handling international clients.
- Good understanding of website testing, performance optimisation, and security.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or web development agency.
- Experience managing 20–30+ client accounts or multiple website projects.
- Previous experience working with Australian clients.
