Role Description The Warehouse Associate at BETA is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, as well as preparing, packing, and staging outbound shipments according to company standards.

The Warehouse

Associate will operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where licensed and authorized), to move, store, and retrieve inventory safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, labeling and tracking items,



and ensuring that the warehouse area remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety procedures. The role also requires collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet shipping schedules and support smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing materials and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare, label, and secure orders for safe transport.
- Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to handle deliveries and organize products in designated storage areas.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move and store inventory safely, with valid certifications where required.
- Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to lift and move packages and materials as part of regular warehouse duties, in line with safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability in meeting schedules and quality standards.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is beneficial; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
