FATP Automation - OSS
- Hands on experience in Electrical wiring (AC/DC) and circuit diagram reading
- Worked on Sensor and instrumentation troubleshooting (Innovance & Panasonic)
- Positive Knowledge on PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
- Worked in Servo maintenance and VFD system maintenance
- Basic knowledge on mechanical assembly system ballscrew and LM bearing function
- HMI troubleshooting and industrial communication protocols
- Machine vision systems – (Cognex and Keyence)
- Pneumatic systems and vacuum troubleshooting
- Basic C# & python programming and software debugging.
SMT Equipment - OSS
- Handle UF/TIM dispensing machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. RCA/CAPA to prevent recurring issues. Optimize UPH, cycle time, and dispensing parameters.
- Handle customer complaints,
technical discussions, escalations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, spare replacement, and critical spare planning.
SMT Automation- OSS:
- Hands on experience in PLC (I/O debugging, programming modifying)
- Hands on experience in Servo functions.
- Hands on experience in stepper motor and drive functions
- Hands on experience in sensors, limit switches, pushbuttons, selectors switches.
- Hands on experience in Pneumatics functions.
- Hands on experience in Robot's (scara & 6 axis), Zero calibration and position teaching.
- Hands on experience in vision systems (Cognex & Keyence).
- Hands on experience in conveyors and motors.
- Hands on experience in ballscrew and LM bearing functions.
- Basic knowledge required about Python & C-sharp programming.
- Basic knowledge required about Any special purpose machine process.
