We are looking for an experienced VP – Product Operations to lead and drive operational excellence, process transformation, and governance across the Mutual Fund/Wealth Tech ecosystem.

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office (5.5 Days)

NOTE: Candidates must have prior experience in the Mutual Fund or WealthTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Product Operations across investment and wealth management products.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee Mutual Fund operations and other investment product workflows.
- Strengthen operational controls, regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management.
- Drive digital transformation and technology-enabled operational improvements.




- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external stakeholders.
- Improve customer experience, operational turnaround time (TAT), and service delivery.
- Lead and mentor large cross-functional Product Operations teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, or Broking Operations.
- Solid understanding of Mutual Fund operational workflows and the financial services ecosystem.
- Experience in operational transformation, process automation, and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
