Role Description The Visitor Visa Process Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nikol, Ahmedabad. This role involves guiding students through the end-to-end US student visa process, including explaining eligibility criteria, assisting with documentation, and preparing visa application forms. The executive will coordinate with students and families, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on application status.

Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that each case complies with current US visa regulations and institutional requirements.



The role also requires collaboration with internal team members to improve processes and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and guide students through the visa process.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain requirements clearly, manage expectations, and interact with stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with visa guidelines.
- Candidates should be committed to Customer Satisfaction, focusing on timely responses, accurate information, and a supportive client experience.
- Relevant experience in immigration consulting, overseas education counseling, or a similar advisory role is beneficial.
- Knowledge of US student visa categories, SEVIS, and university admission processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is desirable; additional training in immigration or international education is a plus.
