Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Post-Production: Assemble raw footage, cut sequences, and edit high-impact short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, brand films, and paid ad creatives).
- Audio & Color Finishing: Perform video color grading to maintain visual consistency and desired mood; execute clean sound syncing, sound design, and audio leveling.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancements: Integrate motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and static visual overlays to elevate storytelling.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Partner with creative and account teams from concept to final delivery; implement iterative feedback from internal stakeholders and clients quickly and effectively.
- Creative Ideation & Brand Alignment: Contribute fresh,



trend-conscious ideas for social-first content while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Asset Management: Maintain structured project files, organized media bins, raw footage archives, and project backups in a rapid-paced environment.

Required skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2–3 years in agency/media video editing & digital production.

Software & Post-Production: Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop; skilled in editing, color grading, sound syncing, and 2D motion graphics.

AI Capabilities: Hands-on exposure to AI video/audio generation & enhancement tools is a plus.

Background: Relevant degree/training or equivalent practical experience with a solid showreel.
