Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing product and brand videos, assembling raw footage, applying transitions, and ensuring smooth narrative flow aligned with Dresma’s visual standards. Daily activities include color grading, adding motion graphics and overlays, optimizing videos for different ecommerce platforms, and collaborating with designers, product teams, and marketing to maintain a consistent visual identity. The role also involves organizing media assets, adhering to project timelines, implementing feedback from stakeholders,



and staying updated on trends in ecommerce video content and AI-powered creative tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for ecommerce and brand-focused content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure accurate, appealing, and platform-ready visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual effects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
- Experience optimizing video content for digital and ecommerce platforms and understanding aspect ratios, formats, and compression best practices is preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are important.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment are valued.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
