Role & Responsibilities

- Edit high-impact short-form & long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok—optimizing for platform-native formats and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to translate briefs into visually dynamic, brand-aligned sequences with strong pacing and emotional hooks.
- Manage end-to-end post-production: color grading, sound design, motion graphics (basic), and asset delivery in platform-specific specs.
- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final cuts using cloud-based DAM systems and naming conventions.
- Support content calendar deadlines with rapid turnarounds without sacrificing visual quality or brand consistency.




- Test and implement emerging editing trends (e.g., dynamic transitions, text animations, ASMR-style sound design) to keep content fresh and effective.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- Final Cut Pro
- Color grading workflows
- Platform-specific video specs (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
- File organization & project management
- Audio sync & sound mixing
- Preferred
- Experience with Lumen5 or similar AI-assisted video tools
- Basic understanding of SEO for video
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and style guides
