Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative UX Writer to develop clear, intuitive, and user-friendly content for WellWiz's mobile application and website. The role involves translating product features and functionalities into simple, meaningful content that helps users navigate digital platforms effortlessly. The ideal candidate should have experience in product content, UX writing, and creating seamless digital user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Write user-centric content for mobile applications, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop microcopy for onboarding screens, buttons, menus, tooltips, notifications, error messages, and in-app instructions.
- Create clear and engaging product descriptions, feature explanations, FAQs, and help content.
- Simplify complex product functionalities into concise, easy-to-understand language.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and subject matter experts to align content with user flows and product requirements.




- Map content to user journeys to ensure consistency and ease of navigation across digital touchpoints.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, terminology, and content style.
- Review, edit, and refine content based on usability feedback, user needs, and product updates.
- Ensure content is grammatically accurate, accessible, and appropriate for diverse user groups.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in UX writing, product content writing, or digital copywriting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content created for websites, mobile applications, or digital products.
- Excellent command of English, grammar, editing, and content structuring.
- Understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, and digital product workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, concise, and user-friendly language.
- Experience working with product and UI/UX design teams.
- Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, wellness, or consumer technology is preferred.
- Journalism, publishing, or documentation experience is an added advantage.
