About the Role

Akrostech Consulting is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced US IT / Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our US-based clients, sourcing top-tier talent across various technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed) and Boolean search strings to source passive and active candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough pre-screening calls to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) with candidates.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain an active database and pipeline of qualified candidates for quick turnaround times on open requisitions.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience (1 to 4 years preferred) in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment authorizations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, EAD).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with US candidates.
- Comfort and flexibility working in the Night Shift (US Hours) from our Sector 63, Noida office.
