About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic US Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate must have prior experience recruiting for Implementation Partners and System Integrators and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies.
- Negotiate rates and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience recruiting for Implementation Companies/System Integrators.
- Robust understanding of US work authorization categories (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, etc.).
- Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management capabilities.
