Role Description This is a full time, on-site US IT Technical Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for a variety of technical roles. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff,



and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also requires staying informed about US staffing trends, immigration considerations relevant to hiring, and market compensation to advise on competitive hiring strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills, with experience filling a broad range of US IT roles.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Information Technology domains, common tech stacks, and key skills relevant to cloud, CRM, and software development roles.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders across time zones.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines for US clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate experience and ethical hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; prior experience in US staffing or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
