We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Travel Sales Executives to join our UK Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C travel sales, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of GDS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries from the UK regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and car rentals/transfers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products and packages.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales by offering the best available deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers over calls and chats.
- Use GDS systems such as Galileo or Amadeus for travel bookings and related operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Mandatory experience in B2C offline voice sales .
- Experience in inbound/outbound travel sales is required.
- GDS knowledge is mandatory: Galileo or Amadeus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts and achieving sales targets.

- Tour-handling profiles are not eligible.
- Online sales, web sales, and non-voice-only profiles are not eligible.
