Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Blinc360 is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai Ghatkopar.

The Travel

Consultant will handle day-to-day travel inquiries, recommend suitable travel options, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other reservations, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and resolving travel-related issues. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining accurate travel records,



and collaborating with other team members to optimize travel management processes.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Travel Consulting and providing tailored travel advice to customers.
- Experience with Travel Management, including planning itineraries and managing travel budgets.
- Ability to manage Travel Arrangements and coordinate bookings for flights, accommodation, and local transport.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness and problem resolution.
- Hands-on experience handling Reservations using travel booking tools or GDS platforms Especially in Amadeus .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with office software and online booking systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
