Yugen Infra Private Limited is looking for an experienced Transport & Logistics Head to manage fleet and transportation operations for our Goa project.

? Location: Goa Site/Office

? Preferred Location: Goa / Kolhapur / Pune

? Experience: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and allocate company vehicles
- Coordinate cars, drivers, pickups/drops & project transportation
- Track vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, PUC & fitness
- Maintain vehicle, driver, service & expense records
- Coordinate with workshops, service centres & transport vendors
- Monitor fuel usage, repairs and running costs
- Manage transportation for project teams, management & guests
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and transport emergencies




- Control transport expenses and ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5–10 years of relevant fleet/transport/logistics experience

✔ Robust coordination and vendor management skills

✔ Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance & documentation

✔ Ability to manage day-to-day transport operations independently

✔ Willingness to be based at the Goa project site
