Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Trade & Processing Specialist (EE) to help us:

- process and monitor end-to-end trade lifecycle activities, including booking, confirmation, and settlement
- investigate and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and reconciliation discrepancies to support timely settlement
- maintain accurate reference and static data to support reliable processing and data integrity
- partner with front office, operations, and technology teams to address issues and improve trade processing outcomes
- perform root-cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes that improve process efficiency and operational stability
- follow operational controls, procedures, and risk standards to deliver high-quality service and support compliance

The team

You’ll join an operations team focused on delivering accurate, timely trade processing across the trade lifecycle. Our mission is to keep trades moving from booking through confirmation and settlement while supporting data integrity and minimizing operational risk. You’ll partner closely with front office, operations colleagues, and technology teams to investigate breaks, complete reconciliations, and implement sustainable improvements. We work through clear operational controls and procedures, using root-cause analysis to strengthen process efficiency and stability.

Your skills and experience

• hands-on background in trade processing, settlements, and operational support
- strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including structured root-cause analysis
- deep knowledge of reconciliations, operational controls, and operational risk management practices
- proven ability to investigate exceptions, resolve trade breaks, and remediate data quality issues
- high attention to detail in transaction validation, monitoring, and processing accuracy
- ability to collaborate with front office, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive issue resolution




- proficiency in processing systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- flexibility to support global markets across time zones
- a curious, accountable and proactive mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI responsibly and the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
