Role Description As a Tendering Specialist at Powergreenbatteries and Auto Accessories, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for battery and auto accessory projects and supplies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves identifying relevant tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and pricing information. You will prepare and submit complete, compliant proposals, ensure all documentation meets client and regulatory requirements, and track tender status and outcomes.

On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze tender specifications, maintain tender records, liaise with suppliers and customers, and support negotiation and procurement activities.



You will also contribute to process improvements, reporting, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Tender Management skills, including end-to-end tender coordination, compliance review, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender specifications, evaluate pricing and risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess proficient Proposal Writing capabilities, including drafting commercial and technical proposals, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills, including vendor coordination, cost comparison, and support for purchasing decisions aligned with tender requirements.
- Relevant experience in tendering, sales support, or procurement in automotive, industrial, or related sectors is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with MS Office or similar tools, basic reporting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru are expected.
