Role Description -
The Brand & Community Lead will be responsible for driving TENZO’s brand visibility, customer acquisition, and lead generation through both digital marketing and offline field marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, combining online campaign execution with direct engagement across residential communities and local markets.
The role involves planning and executing digital campaigns, generating leads through social media and online promotions, and conducting on-ground marketing activities such as apartment activations, community events, and local partnerships. The individual will build relationships with RWAs, facility managers, residential associations, and local businesses to increase brand awareness and customer bookings.
The role also requires tracking leads, conversions,
and campaign performance across digital and offline channels, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, and coordinating with marketing, content, design, and operations teams to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of managing both digital marketing activities and on-ground initiatives to generate measurable results for TENZO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, brand management, community engagement, or business development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online lead generation.
- Ability to plan and execute offline marketing activities, community events, apartment activations, and local promotional campaigns.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to connect with residential communities, RWAs, facility managers, local businesses, and potential customers.
- Basic understanding of lead tracking, conversion metrics, and campaign performance analysis.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop ideas that attract customers and generate leads.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities, community visits, and events.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to manage both digital marketing and offline field marketing activities to support customer acquisition and business growth.
