In the role of Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and seamless integration across various components.

Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical designs is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and sustainable technology growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with project managers and business stakeholders to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- In-depth knowledge of system integration techniques and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions that support high availability.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
