Role Description:

This is a full-time, in office Technical Trainer role based in Amaravati.

The Technical

Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions focused on technical and job-readiness skills for students preparing for roles in the tech industry.

Responsibilities include planning and structuring training curricula, creating and updating learning materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves collaborating with other trainers and academic partners to align content with current industry requirements and placement needs.





The Technical

Trainer will also participate in workshops, bootcamps, and other learning initiatives to continually improve training quality and learner outcomes. This is a PAN India level travel based job.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering instructor-led sessions.
- Candidates should possess capabilities relevant to Technical Trainers and Training, including curriculum planning, learner assessment, and classroom management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Relevant technical knowledge in programming, software development, data structures, algorithms, or related areas is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience training college students or early-career professionals for placements in the tech sector is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Amaravati, manage multiple batches, and adapt teaching methods based on learner needs.
