Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Kheewa Incorporation.
The Technical
Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting for technical and business roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate relationships, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements,
and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The role also involves using various recruitment platforms and tools, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving processes to meet hiring targets and support client growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Recruiting and Hiring to effectively fill technology-focused roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates professionally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and online job boards is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote work setting are preferred.
- Knowledge of business consulting or SME-focused industries is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
