? Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Sales Associate with a strong interest in electronics, robotics, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable technical products, and build strong client relationships.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B sales enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products.
- Manage customer enquiries and leads through platforms such as IndiaMART and GEMS.
- Prepare quotations, respond to RFQs, and share product specifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Follow up with prospective customers and achieve sales targets.




- Stay updated on robotics, electronics, and IoT products.

? Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product sales.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART and the GEMS portal.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand product specifications and recommend suitable solutions.

? Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Interest in robotics, IoT, and electronics innovation.
- Experience with CRM tools, technical documentation, and RFQs.
- Exposure to product demonstrations, trade shows, or industry exhibitions.
