1. 12+ years of overall IT experience.
2. 6+ years of Project Management experience.
3. Started career in Software/Application Development.
4. Progressed through a Technical Lead/Team Lead role before moving into Project Management.
5. Managed 3–4 or more application development projects end-to-end.
6. PMP certification – Mandatory.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Robust understanding of SDLC and application development lifecycle.
