As we expand our technology capabilities, we're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support client projects and internal product development.

The Role

This is a flexible, part time or project-based opportunity for an experienced technical professional who can bridge business requirements, product direction, and software development.

You'll work with our existing technical team to plan solutions, guide implementation, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery. The role combines technical decision-making, developer guidance, and hands-on problem-solving where needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and translate business problems into technical specifications and development plans.
- Design and evaluate solutions involving AI tools, workflow automation, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and web applications.
- Guide and mentor our existing developers.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders on architecture, technology choices, and implementation priorities.
- Coordinate external developers or specialists when additional project capacity is required.
- Review code and technical deliverables, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain development quality.




- Oversee project execution from technical planning through testing, deployment, and handover.
- Help develop Dotnot's internal tools and technology products.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in software development and delivering real-world technology projects.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, web applications, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools, AI-assisted development, or AI-powered applications is an advantage.
- Ability to guide developers, communicate with clients, and take ownership of delivery.
- A practical mindset focused on building useful solutions rather than unnecessary complexity.
