Role Description The Team Leader role at WeCredit is a full-time, in office position based in Chittorgarh.

The Team

Leader will oversee daily operations for a customer-facing or sales-focused team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to process and compliance standards. The role involves guiding team members on best practices, coaching for skill development, and resolving escalated customer or partner issues.

This position also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and support to deliver a seamless borrower experience.

Qualifications

- Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Operational and organizational skills for task allocation, workflow management, and adherence to processes and timelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, track metrics, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of fintech, lending processes, or financial services; prior experience in a similar domain is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM or workflow systems, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work on-site in Chittorgarh.
