Role Description The Team Leader Personal Loan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Janakpuri. This role involves leading and managing a team responsible for sourcing and processing personal loan applications, ensuring targets and service quality standards are met.

The Team

Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, including lead allocation, pipeline management, and coordination with banks and financial institutions for approvals and disbursals.





Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, resolving escalations, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires regular reporting, analysis of conversion rates, and collaboration with telemarketing, field staff, and business development teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and monitor team performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to understand retail loan products, pricing, and banking processes.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Accounting and Auditing to support accurate documentation, verification, and compliance.
- Relevant experience in personal loans, consumer lending, or retail banking, preferably in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and coordinating with partner institutions.
- Ability to work with targets, handle pressure, and use basic digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.
