We're Hiring | Team Leader – ROI (Release of Information)

AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented Team Leaders to join our US Healthcare – Release of Information (ROI) operations team.

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift

Transportation: Candidates must arrange their own commute.

About the Role The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare ROI operations and at least 1 year of formally documented Team Leader experience. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, monitoring productivity and quality, ensuring process compliance, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling US Healthcare ROI operations.
- Oversee medical record requests from healthcare providers, patients, insurance companies, and legal representatives.
- Ensure requests are processed accurately and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, and team KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, authorization procedures, patient confidentiality, and data security protocols.
- Handle escalations, complex cases, and process-related queries.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.




- Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to improve efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and client-specific guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Release of Information (ROI).

Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience, supported by employment records.

Strong understanding of medical records, ROI workflows, authorization validation, and request processing.

Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Strong team management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage operational targets, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of medical record retrieval, requestor verification, and document management.
- Experience handling escalations, quality audits, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
