We’re hiring a Team Lead – Influencer Marketing at FirstLight.

Experience: 3–8 Years in Influencer Marketing

At Firstlight, we believe great influencer marketing comes down to good people, thoughtful strategy, and getting the details right. We work with some of India’s leading FMCG brands, building creator partnerships and campaigns that deliver.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, bring structure to the chaos, build strong creator relationships, and help a team do its best work.

What will you be doing?

> Lead campaign execution

Own campaigns from brief to delivery. Keep timelines tight, communication clear, and execution error-free. Take responsibility for the quality of every campaign your team delivers.

> Build solid creator partnerships

Develop lasting relationships with creators, understand their content and audiences, and identify the right opportunities for them. Work closely with our talent team to build a strong, reliable creator network.

> Bring strategy to the brief

Understand what a brand is trying to achieve and translate it into thoughtful creator recommendations, campaign ideas, and execution plans. Look beyond follower counts to find the right fit between the brand, creator, and audience.

> Lead and develop your team

Manage a team of influencer marketing executives, set clear expectations, and help them become better at what they do. Build a culture of ownership, collaboration,



and accountability.

> Own the details

Stay on top of creator commercials, negotiations, deliverables, approvals, contracts, payments, and reporting. Catch the small things before they become big problems. Good execution is built on good systems.

> Work across teams

Collaborate closely with Talent Management, Business Development, and Finance to keep campaigns moving. Anticipate roadblocks, solve problems pragmatically, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What are we looking for?

- 3–8 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Prior experience managing a team and owning campaigns end-to-end.
- A strong understanding of creators, social platforms, content, and the influencer marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the basics.
- Someone who takes ownership, thinks practically, collaborates well, and cares about doing good work.
