About Kasparro

Kasparro builds AI commerce infrastructure for brands. We help brands understand how AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity represent them across discovery, trust, and content quality, and turn those insights into actionable recommendations.

We're a small, fast-moving team building at the intersection of AI and commerce, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us grow our team and culture.

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Culture Intern who enjoys working with people, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up. You'll work directly with our founding team, contribute to hiring, and help create a workplace where people enjoy working and growing.

What You'll Do

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus networks.
- Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end, from scheduling interviews to candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve recruitment workflows and everyday HR processes.
- Plan employee engagement initiatives, including team lunches, games, celebrations, and team catch-ups.




- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback surveys to understand employee experiences and share insights with the founders.
- Work closely with our Developer and Solution Engineer teams to understand their needs and support a positive employee experience.
- Partner with the founding team on people initiatives as we scale.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
- The ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment where things are still being built.
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition, people operations, and workplace culture.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to work smarter.

Bonus Points For

- Previous experience in recruitment, campus hiring, event planning, or HR/People Operations.

Compensation & Details

- Internship stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month
- Duration: 3 months
- PPO on successful conversion: ₹4–5 LPA fixed + ESOPs worth ₹4L (total CTC ₹8–9 LPA)
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
