We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have robust technical recruitment and sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently in a fast-paced, client-facing RPO environment.
Experience hiring for product-based companies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from understanding requirements to offer closure.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback,
and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage multiple open positions while maintaining recruitment timelines and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, recruitment processes, and agreed SLAs within the RPO model.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in technical hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to identify relevant candidates efficiently.
- Experience working with product-based companies is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A proactive approach, strong ownership, and smart execution skills.
- Experience in non-technical hiring will be an added advantage.
- Previous RPO experience is a plus.
