Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Immediate Joiner, DCM Jaipur).

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines,



and ensuring a smooth and skilled candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding efforts, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes to meet business growth needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employer Branding to help promote the organization as an attractive workplace.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience or familiarity with hiring for technical and digital roles.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment consultancy is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office is an advantage.
