- Lead end-to-end implementation of o9 Integrated Business Planning modules tailored to client needs
- Conduct business process analysis and map current practices to future state using o9 capabilities
- Design and configure data models, rules, and workflows within the o9 platform
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client users and stakeholders
- Develop and execute test plans, including functional and integration testing
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across systems
- Document functional specifications, user guides, and best practice frameworks
- Monitor performance metrics and generate dashboards for key stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and o9 platform enhancements to advise clients accordingly

- 2+ years of experience in supply chain consulting with a focus on planning platforms
- Solid knowledge of the o9 Integrated Business Planning Platform and its implementation lifecycle

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and cost savings
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in scenario modeling and demand forecasting
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices
