IIDC is a digital marketing and AI training institute in Indore. We teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, AI tools and website development through live campaigns and real projects, led by a working agency team.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and student-focused person to manage each student’s full journey with us: from the first enquiry, through training, to their first job, internship or freelance client.

What you’ll do

Admissions & Counselling

- Respond to recent enquiries by call and WhatsApp, ideally within one hour
- Counsel students and parents on courses, careers, fees and admission
- Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions and career seminars
- Follow up leads systematically and keep CRM and Google Sheets records updated

Student Success

- Manage onboarding, orientation, batch schedules and attendance
- Run batch WhatsApp groups and follow up with absent students
- Collect feedback and work with trainers to resolve concerns
- Handle certificates, reviews and student testimonials at course completion

Placements & Career Support

- Build relationships with agencies, companies and recruiters
- Find internship, job and freelance opportunities for students




- Help students with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios and mock interviews
- Track placements and alumni career progress

Reporting

- Share daily and weekly reports on enquiries, admissions, attendance and placements

What we’re looking for

- 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Confident Hindi and English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel and WhatsApp Business, or willing to learn
- Organised, follows up on time, and takes ownership
- Genuine interest in helping students build careers

Good to have

- Experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telecalling, customer service or placement support
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or AI tools
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri or Internshala
- Contacts with agencies, HR professionals or colleges in Indore

What we offer

- ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills and interview, plus admission incentives
