Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor from the garment, apparel, or textile industry to manage daily store operations, inventory, material receipts, and stock movements while ensuring proper storage and timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and supervise store staff.
- Handle the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production materials.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and inward/outward documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage, and stock rotation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Minimize material wastage, stock loss, and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is clean,



organized, and maintained as per company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role in the garment, apparel, or textile industry.
- Solid knowledge of fabric, trims, accessories, and garment production materials.
- Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and store documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good organizational, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
