Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Outreach & Campus Recruitment: Identify, connect with, and invite top companies, MNCs, and startups for campus placement drives and summer internship programs.
- Student Career Guidance: Conduct career counseling sessions, mock interviews, and resume-building workshops to enhance student employability.
- Placement Strategy & Operations: Plan, schedule, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (aptitude tests, GDs, technical interviews, and final offers).
- Industry Collaboration: Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, corporate seminars, and skill enhancement workshops in collaboration with industry experts.
- Database & Analytics Management: Maintain complete records of student profiles, company contacts, placement statistics, and salary packages to generate periodic reports for management.
- Relationship Management:



Build long-term partnerships with HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA / PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred), Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in campus placement, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or university relations.
- Network: Demonstrated contacts with HR professionals, campus recruiters, and corporate talent acquisition teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and placement management software/CRMs.

- Experience handling engineering college or university placements.
- Established connections with corporate HR teams and recruiters.
- Robust industry networking and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
