Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This includes handling customer inquiries, providing product information, supporting sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. The role involves managing inventory, tracking stock levels, coordinating with the supply and operations teams, and ensuring timely replenishment of products and materials.

Executive will assist in basic sales reporting, support promotional activities, uphold store policies and standards, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Collaboration with colleagues to meet store targets, adherence to safety and compliance guidelines, and proactive communication with management are core aspects of the role.

? Location: Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any Relevant Graduate or Diploma

? Industry: EV Manufacturing / Technical Equipment

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), PO records, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage inward and outward material entries and ensure proper material traceability.
- Assist in stock audits, physical verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Update and maintain inventory records using Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books and MS Excel.

? Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or warehouse management.
- Knowledge of GRN, Purchase Orders, stock reconciliation, and inventory documentation.
- Familiarity with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books or similar inventory software is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple store activities.
