Role Description This full-time, in office Assistant Manager role is based in East Godavari and supports end-to-end project execution for healthcare and industrial infrastructure.

The Assistant

Manager will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing status reports, assisting in resource planning, and supporting vendor and contractor management.



The role involves monitoring site activities, helping resolve operational issues, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory guidelines.

The Assistant

Manager will also contribute to documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of processes, collaborating closely with senior project leaders.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction or infrastructure project coordination, including scheduling, site monitoring, and progress tracking.
- Skills in stakeholder and vendor management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of basic project management principles, budgeting, and documentation practices relevant to design-build projects.
- Understanding of healthcare or industrial infrastructure standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in East Godavari, including regular interaction with field and office teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant work experience in similar roles is preferred.
