- Defining the test program based on the parts validation test plan.
- Responsible for all the entities of test (Engine endurance, metrology, instrumentation, characterization)
- Pilot for implementation of the necessary tests as per validation plan and attending the validation project meeting as per schedule.
- Test follow up and if any failure to analysing the failure root cause during the validation and inform to part designer and application engineer.
- Test final reliability opinion release on parts wise based on the test result and expert feedback before the SOP as per project milestone.

Relevant Experience 4-5 years of experience in Powertrain parts and assembly knowledge and valuable knowledge in Managing reliability & testing and MS office. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
