Job Summary The Senior Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. The role requires a professional with relevant experience in the event industry, who can independently handle clients, pitch creative ideas, negotiate effectively, and close deals. The ideal candidate should be articulate, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event objectives and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage the entire client servicing cycle, from briefing, proposal creation, budgeting, and pitching to final event delivery.
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to develop tailored event solutions.
- Independently close deals through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain robust client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of event execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges,



and provide proactive solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed client reports, feedback, and documentation.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and post-event reviews.
- Stay updated on event industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the event industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling corporate clients and corporate events.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of event production, design, and vendor coordination.
- Team player with leadership qualities and a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic budgeting tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
