Solutions Consultant / Product Specialist (GRC)Experience: 2-3 years
About the Role
You will be the face of our GRC solutions for clients, from the first conversation to the demo. You will understand their needs, show how the product fits, and help them see its value. You will work closely with our solution architects and delivery team.
What You Will Do
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business and compliance needs.
- Run tailored demos and walkthroughs for GRC solutions across risk, compliance, audit, BCM, TPRM, and more.
- Map client requirements to product capabilities and clearly explain fit and gaps.
- Set up and maintain demo environments and demo scripts.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and client clarifications.
- Share client feedback with the solution architects and delivery teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Consultant, Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, or similar client-facing IT role.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with comfort speaking to business and senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Willingness to learn new products quickly.
Strong plus:
- Hands-on exposure to configurable platforms (GRC, ERP, BPM, or low-code).
- Knowledge of GRC domains such as ERM, compliance, audit, TPRM, or BCM.
