About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that make a real business impact? We are looking for an experienced Test Lead – Salesforce to drive end-to-end testing initiatives across enterprise Salesforce platforms within the insurance domain.
In this role, you will lead testing activities across multiple releases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure comprehensive functional and integration test coverage, and support successful business acceptance testing. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality engineering while working on large-scale, business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce applications across multiple releases.
- Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and execution approach for functional and integration testing.
- Coordinate testing across CRM and business applications, ensuring complete coverage of critical business processes.
- Validate integrations through API testing and backend database verification.
- Drive defect management by tracking, prioritizing, and ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
- Prepare and maintain test evidence, execution reports, quality metrics, and release dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and UAT teams to ensure successful business acceptance testing.
- Coordinate release testing activities and support production readiness.
- Mentor team members and promote testing best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong experience leading Salesforce testing engagements.
- Hands-on expertise in Functional Testing and Integration Testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM applications and business workflows.
- Experience validating APIs and backend databases.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, defect lifecycle management, reporting, and release coordination.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Claims applications within the insurance domain is an advantage.
- Experience working on end-to-end business process testing across integrated enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks or automation initiatives is a plus.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release activities.
