Role DescriptionSUN CITY POWER TECH is looking for an energetic and responsible Solar Field Executive to join our team. The role involves customer visits, lead generation, sales support, KSEB documentation, and coordination of solar projects across Thrissur, Palakkad, and Malappuram districts.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining solar solutions, collecting customer documents, visiting KSEB offices for document submission and follow-ups, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new customer leads.
- Visit potential customers and explain solar solutions.




- Conduct customer visits and assist with initial site assessments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle KSEB documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for solar projects.
- Coordinate with customers, installation teams, and office staff.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and pending documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and project progress.
- Support sales activities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant field experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
- Sales and customer acquisition skills are required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of KSEB documentation is preferred.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district only (Thrissur, Palakkad, or Malappuram).
