Role Description The Software Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sec-62, India. This role involves leading software development projects, guiding the technical direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the software lifecycle. The individual will collaborate closely with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders to design solutions, review code, and resolve technical challenges.

Daily responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, overseeing implementation, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in leading complex projects and hands-on coding.
- Proficiency in Databases, including designing schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Expertise in Software Design, including architecture, design patterns, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
- Solid experience in Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, as well as familiarity with test automation frameworks.
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams, with the ability to review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contemporary development practices and tools (e.g., version control, CI/CD, agile methodologies) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
