Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Software Sales Executive based in Jaipur.

The Software Sales

Executive intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting initial outreach, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily activities include assisting with sales presentations and demos for software products, preparing proposal documents, and following up with prospects under the guidance of senior team members.



The role involves learning and applying consultative selling techniques to understand client requirements and align them with Variable Soft’s solutions.

The intern will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales experience and gain practical exposure to end-to-end software sales cycles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Software Sales and Sales to support end-to-end selling activities for technology solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Sales Presentations to identify prospects and present product value effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consultative Selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate software products or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with business clients.
- Basic understanding of software products, CRM/ERP concepts, or IT services; familiarity with B2B sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
